Renovated in 2006, the hotel comprises a total of 105 rooms set over a two-storey main building and three two-storey annexe blocks. The air-conditioned lobby houses a 24-hour reception and a safe. Further facilities include a newspaper stand, a gift shop, a café with a garden (open for breakfast and lunch), and an air-conditioned restaurant. Room and laundry services are on offer (for an additional fee), as well as laundry facilities (charges apply). Those arriving by car may use the car park.

Room description:
The tropical rooms feature a sitting area and a bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer. Further fittings in the carpeted rooms include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a double or king-size bed. The air conditioning and heating may be individually adjusted.
Sports/Entertainment:
In the well-maintained outdoor complex is the largest heated swimming pool in Key West and the Tiki Bar. Guests can unwind in the Jacuzzi or work out in the gym.
