"Very good first impression, smart, clean and welcoming" |

"Overall service was very good, but room telephone charges was
outrageously and unreasonably high which had greatly affected my
satisfaction of the hotel. I strongly believe the management should
review on their charges which reflected their 'out of touch' of the
real world."
The best thing about Omni Los Angeles was:"Very comfortable beds, and my children enjoyed the red apples from
reception!"
