"Stunning looking hotel outside & inside." |

"Fabulous hotel, wonderful comfortable luxury bedrooms and super
bathroom. Staff were excellent, especially as they went out of their way
to help us with a confusion over our booking...When we arrived after a
10 hour flight from the uk and picking up a hire car, and then finding
the hotel driving through Miami, to then find out we were "not booked"
in as such!...We were tired and a little embarrassed, but they offered
us a room at a good price and for us to sort it out with Midas, which we
were easily able to do by a quick call to the uk and a very quick
response from Midas who put our minds at total ease over the problem
with the booking and the holiday was just a brilliant success. "
