"Excellent hotel!

"The Affinia 50 is a wonderful place to stay. It's conveniently located a
few blocks from 5th Avenue and the Rockefeller Centre, and the tourist
bus stops round the corner (beside the Waldorf). Nearby there are
several restaurants and delis.
The room itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very handy, especially the fridge. Although we didn't do any cooking, it was great to have a fridge and access to cutlery and plates for when we wanted take away rather than eat out. The bathroom had more towels than we would ever need and some nice Aveda products.
The standard of customer service was excellent, particularly the doormen who always greeted us with a "welcome back".

"Definately a good value hotel in a great location, it was clean and
well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times."
