"Hotel was in a great location, breakfast was great, however I felt that
the hOTEL could do with a major renovation. Corridors looked too small
for safety regulations. The staff where very polite and helpful on the
reception, we missed our connecting flight from Atlanta, had to fly to
La Guardia, luggage was at jfk, let us ring the airport free of charge,
couldn't fault them for their help in this matter.

"The location of the hotel is good, a short walk from Times Square and
opposite Penn Station. However the room wasn't exactly clean~ carpet was
dusty and worn etc... I called down to the front desk to tell them our
shower was only running cold and was informed that I needed to let it
run for 10minutes. As the water got hotter the pressure decreased until
only a dribble of water came out. The pictures on the internet were
nothing like the hotel (perhaps other rooms were better?!??), it is in
need of some work!

"Room we got was a smoking after asking (and it being confirmed) that we
had non-smoking.
Room only reasonable clean - could have done with a good going over.
Hotel carpets lthroughout ooked as though they had long gone past their best, dirty and uneven.

"But needs to consider prior to arrival that the Guest requested Twin
beds not double & non smoking--took time to deal with this.
Excellent
help at reception . great for organising transport to Airport
Would
definately stay again but if you are looking for luxury & super clean
rooms then this is not for you---But bedding is very clean--carpets are
much to be desired--Barhrooms are tiny but functionable."
