"Very pleasant and helpful staff, I had mistakenly booked a double bed
for my mate and I and they managed to get a room with two bunk beds.
Clean room with tv, perfect for what we needed in ny. Bathrooms were not
great but expected when you have a lot of people using them. But hot
water in the showers.

"1. Clean environment.
2. Friendly helpful staff.
3. Good access to all local amenities.
4. Food was cheap and cheerful.
5. It was good to have access to a security box and a place to store luggage when leaving.
6. Unfortunately lifts did not work all the time.
7. There was a lot of buildong work going on in the stairwells and this was a health and safety hazard.
8. Rooms were tidied everyday, fresh towels were left out, as was soap.
9. The T.V did not always work in our room.
10. We had poor views from our window.
11. We had some noisy neighbours who liked to party a lot.
12. The showers were clean and hot.
13. The toilets were clean and had plenty of toilet rolls.
14. It was good to have a phone and interent use.

"When we arrived late and tired the room did remind me of `prisoner cell
block h! It was very basic and slighlty depressing although it was clean
nd the toilets and showers were O.k too.
so overall when you get over
the shock of the rooms its O.k and good value.
please could
you send me a receipt for the booking or the original booking with the
cost as I was delayed a day and need to put this in for a
claim

"Stay for the Pool and Gym" |

"I chose this hotel for 2 reason the location was very good, close to
central park which is where I wanted to be. Also a great plus for this
hotel is the pool and gym facilities which was a must for me. So in
regards to the location, pool and gym facilities this was a great hotel.
Unfortunately the rooms let the hotel down. The rooms were of very low
quality, kind of like staying on school camp. However since I wasn't
there to hang out in the room it didn't bother me too much."

"I really appreciate the time I spent there. I have met very nice people. I start these holidays alone and ended it going aroun with people that I have met in the hotel. I think this is a great location especially for youngsters who travel alone. The rooms have a goog size and clean. The staff is over nice. They gave me good tips to go out and to find... a hairdresser. I am really pleased. I ll go back to New York soon, and I know where I am going to stay. Also your rates are reasonnable.
