"Good Value in Perfect location
"After reading some reviews we were really shocked when we got to the
Hotel, Our beds were changed and made everyday. Our towels were clean
everyday and so was the bathroom, the air conditioning was in full
working order and was lovely and cool. The location was great 2 mins
from wet n wild, there was a bus stop outside the hotel which took
you everywhere! Also universal was a short 15 minute walk maximum -
the hotel overall was good and we shall be going back to the same
hotel next may

"The hotel is a minute walk from wet and wild and a 5 minute drive from
universal. The hotel rooms are kept clean and are an average size,
swimming pool is nice and is what you would expect for the price. If you
are used to 3 star accom you would not be pleased to stay here, it is
ideal if you need somewhere to sleep and spend most of our day away from
the complex, as it does get very busy and the decor is not the best."

"Poorly kept hotel in relation to any average international hotrel
standard, only plus good location"
"This hotel was disppointing on arrvial and on duration of my two week
stay I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Here are plenty of
examples in which myself and my friends had to endure and deal
throughout our stay 1) rooms were damp in parts and the Sercuity on
campus was terrible. 2) Maintaince Request equally terrible E.G. it took
one whole week from day of arrival with numberous calls to reception to
get a light bulb in bathroom( simple job I would think). 3)Allocation
system of rooms was unsatisfactory E.G. First allocated room was already
accopied. The second room given was in need of repair badly such as
toilet bowl broken, tiles in ceiling of bathroom missing, carpet in room
visible of water damage.4)rooms didnt have everything in them that was
on internet booking spec.5)Reception not very helpful in many ways E.G.
didnt contact room of the arrival of baggage from airline when they were
already told of impending arrival and the said would contact room
however I was I just found it sittig in reception area and they seemed
to unaware of contacting us.
i was aware that these problems
could have been very easily solved at the time with a good system of
management throughout this entire hotel, in each and every department
from reception down to maintaince as I am in senior management myself in
the hotel industry. "
