	"Young family, made to feel very welcome by all the staff, including Tosey on the Universal desk who was always ready to help. Suite not just a hotel room. Kitchen with a handy refrigirator, although there was no need to use the cooking facilities as there was free all you could eat breakfast and Mon - Thursday a welcome home reception with free food and drinks. Enclosed swimming pool and jaccusi was also welcoming after a hot day at the parks."
