The hotel is located about 2 km East of the Disney entrance at Old Town Entertainment complex. Old Town offers variety of restaurants, shopping, and wide range of entertaiment options including go-karts, childrens' amusement area,skycoaster, and race car simulators. Many golf courses nearby including Celebration and Falcons Fire. The hotel is within an easy drive from Orlando International airport or Sanford International Aairport.

Condos of lower level feature a queen bed, full size sofa sleeper in living area and and kitchen. Upper level condos have a king bed, whirlpool type tub, full sofa sleeper in living area and kitchenette.

Monday thru Friday there will be offered a complimentary continental breakfast in the eception area.

The hotel offers a complimentary lakeside pool with whirlpool and childrens' area. Pool towels are provided.
