A selection of restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities lie within close proximity of the hotel. It is some 15 minutes drive to Orlando and the famous Sea World Marine Park as well as Universal Studios.

Each of the comfortable villas features 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 persons. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hire safe and a mini-fridge in the kitchen. Air conditioning as well as heating is individually controllable.

There is a swimming pool in the well-kept outdoor complex available on a seasonal basis and it is possible to play billiards and table tennis in the clubhouse.
Observations:
There is laundry service available during guests' stay. This may be booked for an additional fee. The units are cleaned every 2 weeks additional cleanings can be arranged for 35 USD. The clean sheets will be left on the bed for guests to make themselves.
