Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box. Lock box code C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day via free phone 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundabel security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. The apartments are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Cribs and Highchairs are availalbe at a fee of $7 per day per item, this needs to be prepaid inforder for them to be in the unit when the guest arrives.
