| Renovated in 2005, this hotel consists of a total of 212 rooms in a main building and an annexe, each with two storeys. This air-conditioned city hotel has a lobby with a reception desk, a hire safe, and a cloakroom. The hotel includes a bar, a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a conference room, and a restaurant. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the hotel room and laundry services and laundrette facility. Those arriving by car may use the car park (charges apply). |

This hotel is situated in the hotel ring of the Mission Valley area. One of San Diego's most popular shopping malls is only a short walk from the hotel.

The stylish rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a direct dial telephone, and an Internet connection. Further fittings in the rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, ironing equipment, a double or king-size bed, a fridge, as well as individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

In the grounds there is a heated swimming pool. Within the hotel, guests can relax in the Jacuzzi or work out in the gym. A massage service is also on offer (additional charges). There is a golf course nearby.

Family plan: 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 14) are able to share the available beds in the double rooms. Parking fee: 8 USD per day. This hotel is a non-smoking establishment.

"We are a couple with 2 young children, we booked this hotel awhile in
advance and would have expected the hotel to have taken this into
account when allocating us a room, instead we got a room just off the
lobby which overlooked the car park and interstate, outside the window
was the sidewalk which people used every hour of the night to enter
the hotel, often talking loudly or pulling suitcases! Luckily we were
only staying 2 nights and it wasn't worth requesting a room change but
any longer and it would have driven us up the wall. Rooms a lilttle on
the small side for a family and there was a funny musty smell, room
said is was non smoking but smelt like it need a really good airing.
Breakfast was good. Excellent location for the Zoo, Seaworld and
Fashion show mall.
