**For reservations from May 6-10, 2006 and November 9-15, 2006, the following cancellation fee schedule applies: 90 day prior to check-in = 25% of projected revenue; 60-89 days prior to check-in = 50% of projected revenue; 30-59 days prior to check-in = 75% of projected revenue. All no-shows and early departures are charged a penalty fee equal to one night's stay.**
