Superior seaview rooms benefit from a large balcony with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and and a higher standard of amenities. Guests must be aware that there is currently a considerable amount of building work in Dubai and more specifically a large Marina development under construction in front of this hotel - work is currently undertaken 24hrs a day. The Seaview rooms should not be affected.
