"Comfortable hotel and Excellent value

"Although this hotel is very pleasant, clean and good value. Staff very
friendly and helpful, but I do not recommend it to the more mature
visitor to Edinburgh for a Friday or Saturday as this hotel appears to
be very popular for hen and stag party organisors. Unfortunately we were
awakened several times in the early hours of both Friday and Saturday
morning by singing and doors slamming. Thankfully we stayed from Friday
to Sunday night so were able to compare the difference for the Sunday
night's stay but we were glad to go home to catch up with our sleep.
