Ideal for individuals, groups and families, the studio and one bedroom apartments allow you to make the most of your independence in stylish surroundings with your own living area and kitchenette. Bedrooms are equally stylish with modern and contemporary décor. A good alternative for those looking for the convenience of a hotel room but with the added space and independence the apartments offer.


Families:-	One bedroom apartments are suitable for upto 4 people. A good option for families. High chairs and cots are available for infants.
Business facilities:-	There are 2 rooms which have a capacity of 15 pax
Disabled facilities:-	The apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users.
20 mins walk:-	Edinburgh Castle, National Gallery, Botanic Gardens, Holyrood Palace. Shops, bars and restaurants.
Public transport:-	Waverley Bridge train station is 10-15 minute walk from the apartments.
From the airport:-	There is a direct bus from the airport to Waverley Bridge Train station, from here the apartments are a 10-15 minute walk. £3 single fare/£5 return. Taxi direct to the apartments from the airport £16, journey time 20 minutes.
Parking:-	No private parking. There is street parking close by.
Gym:-	Guests will have access to one of the cities gyms. Costs will apply locally.
Pool:-	Guests will have access to one of the cities gyms. Costs will apply locally.

"Off centre location but tops for comfort and space. "
	"The street entrance and internal approach belie this well finished and spacious apartment. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom with shower was everything you would need. A large supermarket within a few minutes walk and local take-aways, shops and restaurants meant that self catering was no problem! The apartments are within walking distance of the centre of Edinburgh but it is a bit of a stretch. Buses do run nearby. I would definitely use this accommodation again. " The best thing about New Town Apartments was:"Space and all mod cons. " The worst thing about New Town Apartments was: "Location and external approach. "
