"Location to Chelsea ground.
"Hygene is of poor standerd .Tea cups in rooms filthy .Bar girl removed
cork from a wine bottle with her teeth .Poor handling in serving of
drink at the bar , pulling of a pint by staff bad. At breakfast a young
man handlled fresh fruit and proceded to toss an apple in the air .Food
in bar of poor quality. A few old face's in the hotel but few smile's
.They don't seem happy to be at there.
